Activities like women empowerment, health interventions, panchayati raj, rural development, environment, etc., are the means of the social change efforts. These are supplemented by a number of welfare activities for old, youth and women.

The organisation firmly believes that social change can only be brought about when all the people participated equally keeping in mind continued dynamism and transparency. For promoting people's participation, contacts are maintained with the people. Workshops, training and cultural programmes are organised on a regular basis.
